- 1 (5oz) can skinless, boneless salmon, drained
- 1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp light mayo (or homemade)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl, mixing well.
- Add 1/2 of mixture to bread of choice, or serving over a salad.
