Simple Salmon Salad


Units Scale
  • 1 (5oz) can skinless, boneless salmon, drained
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp light mayo (or homemade)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped


  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl, mixing well.
  2. Add 1/2 of mixture to bread of choice, or serving over a salad.
  3. Enjoy!
