- 1 cup unfrosted shredded wheat cereal
- 1/2 tbsp light butter spread ( I used Smart Balance Light Butter & Canola oil spread)
- 1/4 tsp ea. of Salt, pepper, & garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp Paprika
- Melt butter spread in a microwave safe dish in microwave for 15-30 seconds, or until completely melted.
- Add spices to butter and stir.
- Pour over shredded wheat in a bowl, and stir to combine.
**Coconut Oil or Grass-fed butter could also be substituted**
