Quick & Easy Homemade Triscuits



  • 1 cup unfrosted shredded wheat cereal
  • 1/2 tbsp light butter spread ( I used Smart Balance Light Butter & Canola oil spread)
  • 1/4 tsp ea. of Salt, pepper, & garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp Paprika


  1. Melt butter spread in a microwave safe dish in microwave for 15-30 seconds, or until completely melted.
  2. Add spices to butter and stir.
  3. Pour over shredded wheat in a bowl, and stir to combine.


**Coconut Oil or Grass-fed butter could also be substituted**
