- 2 cups unfrosted shredded wheat cereal
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a mix bowl, stir together olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add in shredded wheat, and stir until combined.
- Sprinkle with additional seasoning as desired.
- Store in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.
Notes
* if you want yours a little crispier, you can toast in the oven at 300°F for 5-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
