- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water or coconut milk beverage
- 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup coconut flavored yogurt ( I like Siggi’s)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- Add coconut water or milk, blueberries, pineapple, and yogurt to a blender.
- Blend on high until thoroughly combined.
- Rim glass with shredded coconut, or add to top of smoothie.
