Wild Blueberry Pina Colada Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water or coconut milk beverage
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut flavored yogurt ( I like Siggi's)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Add coconut water or milk, blueberries, pineapple, and yogurt to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until thoroughly combined.
  3. Rim glass with shredded coconut, or add to top of smoothie.
