- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
- juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
- 7 basil leaves
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- lemon zest and chopped basil, for garnish
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth.
- Serve in a glass, and top with lemon zest and chopped basil for garnish.
