    WIAW: Thumbs Up.

June 7, 2017 by Emily Cooper 5 Comments

    Wednesday, wednesday.

We meet again. We eat again. We repeat.

    What I Ate Wednesday Logo

    Green Berry Smoothie

A super rainy and dreary morning (again) called for a bowl of sunshine instead.

This smoothie bowl train shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. I mean, if the rain don't stop me...

Since I'll FINALLY be home for a weekend, I actually had to go grocery shopping, which meant I actually had to meal prep.

...And THIS is what I get.

    Cut thumb picture story

Not enough for stitches, but enough to be annoying, and need a bandage change. So I got that going for me. You better be worth it green beans!

After prepping some meals and snacks for the rest of the week, keeping myself from passing out (me and blood ain't frands), AND changing over to my summer wardrobe (wishful thinking), refueling happened.

    Taco Salad Black Bean

A taco salad that would make a vegan proud. Black beans, 'cado, roasted sweet taters, nutritional yeast, and tomatoes, plus all the hot sauce.

After cutting out beans for over a month, this probably wasn't the best decision. Let's just say I paid for it for the rest of the day.

A KIND snack attack is the best snack attack.

    Pumpkin Spice KIND Bar

...okay I may have actually had the honey nut flavor, but didn't snap a picture. Pumpkin spice is pretty nice though, so you're welcome. 🙂

Lunch for dinner that looks like the poster child for a mom's dream lunch box.

Just living without boundaries folks. YO-freakin'-LO.

Tuna wrap (with LOTSA relish and hot sauce), with some veggies and berries for nibbling. Still keeping that #TunaTuesday game strong.

I didn't choose the tuna life, the tuna life chose me.

    Make it a great day!

Have you ever had lunch for dinner?

What's the worst injury you've ever gotten? (no breaks or strains for me! Knock on wood....)

Mmmm that wrap looks delicious. I used to eat wraps for dinner all the time in college. They're so easy and delicious!

Lunch for dinner, dinner for lunch, I feel like the two are pretty interchangeable. But then again, I'm also a breakfast for dinner or breakfast for lunch kind of gal too. Not a fan of dinner for breakfast though. It's just a personal preference. And your smoothie bowl looks sunny enough to brighten any gloomy, rainy day. It's so pretty.
