Nothing say smoothie weather quite like single digit temps. You may not feel your fingers, but your breakfast sure is damn frosty!
1 scoop banana protein powder ( I use MyProtein) // 1/2 avocado // 1/2 cup frozen raspberries // 1 tablespoon chia seeds // 1 tablespoon ground flax
Once I convinced myself I did in fact still have all 10 digits on each hand, it was just about time for luncheon hour. Near frostbite sure makes the time fly by!
I swear I don’t try to make these meals look as unappetizing as possible on purpose. I’m just gifted.
spinach salad // 1/2 avocado // baked tofu // homemade hummus
On top of the three clementines I Houdini-ed, the snack bell always tolls when I’m in the office and it’s 2 PM.
So I engulfed a pumpkin protein bite one of my co-workers made and shared with the office. The hidden bites of chocolate were #onpoint.
..And left me wanting just a nib mor. #seewhatididthere
After a late class of homemade pizzas and dodging soccer balls to the face, it was half past late for dinner once I got home.
..in which I continued my escapade of ridiculously hideous presentations of food.
baby spinach // spaghetti squash // leftover chicken parm // pasta sauce
And my latest sweet obsession in order to avoid clementine overload.
Blood oranges! I think it’s safe to say I am safe from a.) scurvy and b.) the common cold for the remainder of this season. You hear that immunity! Take note!
