Howdy my Wednesday chickadees!
My recipe post is out on vacation this week, but promises to be all kinds of epic when she returns. Why I didn’t get an invite is a whole other story…
But for now let’s give Wednesday the attention it deserves!
Along with some vanilla protein powder, shredded coconut, frozen blueberries, and peanut butter…in an empty peanut butter jar because that just makes breakfast a better place.
Side note, isn’t my planner the cutest?
I may not be ready for summer to end, but I am so ready for apple season to begin. Can’t a girl have both?!
And a spoonful of the good stuff, cuz ain’t nobody got time for cutting and spreadin that ish.
I like my pb straight up, no chaser. No messing around.
Is it just me, or does anyone else find that once you start snacking, you CAN’T STOP. It’s like 0 to Big Mac once I take one bite before lunch.
.Which happened a short hour after snacking carnage commenced.
A kale salad topped with the meatiest tofu from TJ’s, avocado, and some Mojito dressing, while soaking up every last drop of this view with the work ladies while we can. I’ll say it again 100 times. this view never gets old.
Post-lunch required sweetness with leftover melon from my morning class. The juiciest watermelon of my LIFE.
After teetering on the edge of death (slight exaggeration) after my Jillian Michael’s workout, I was more than ready to swan dive..aka stumble awkwardly into a plate of food.
Same meaty tofu, sauteed with cabbage, some green onions that have seen much better days, and topped with barbecue sauce…eaten with chopsticks. Totally normal.
Alongside some sudoku puzzles to slow down my eating habits, and because I am in fact 76 years old. And Jeopardy wasn’t on.
Necessary peanut butter orange combo.
SO I pretty much have come to the conclusion, that peanut butter is eaten close to, if not at every meal in my every day. The first step in addiction is admitting you have a problem right?
