Like..double tap worthy kinda awesome. THAT big.

Eating and sharing it with the internet!
Spinach smoothies and gratitude are a super healthy way to start the day…despite forgetting what day it was. I guess that’s the only downside to 3 day weekends.
frozen banana // almond milk // spinach // peanut butter // vanilla protein powder
I’m trying to be good with low FODMAP-ping for at least 2 weeks before I start reintroducing foods in, which is proving to be much harder while trying to eat more plant-based. These buffalo tofu tacos however, went down pretty easy.
I’m thinking these MyZero bars aren’t exactly FODMAP-friendly, with you know the like 27 grams of fiber they have, but they’re an easy snack and sweet tooth cure so just this once..
After lifting some heavy things and some serious clothes purging, I was ready for my usual weekday dinner.
A salmon patty, green beans, and jasmine rice. I finally sauteed some frozen green beans rather than just steaming them, which made them far superior than a 5 minute microwave nuke. Save yourselves people, and throw them in pan with some soy sauce.
And a couple of these cuties, because I have yet to tire of them. I take that as a challenge.
