Where I started my morning (in horrible lighting) with a smoothie up my sleeve.
Unsweetened almond milk // scoop protein powder ( I used Myprotein) // 1/4 avocado // chia seeds // hemp seeds
Outside rain was stirring, and causing a muck…
But inside we were having our Secret Santa Potluck!
Mini spinach & artichoke quiche // roasted beet salad // lentil salad // chickpea curry
I just settled down, in the late afternoon…
Devouring a protein-filled snack to cure my sweet tooth.
With I in my sweatpants, making last-minute treats…
I had a plate full of veggie-based and mighty green eats!
Kale // broccoli // baked tofu (for recipe development) // avocado // spicy mustard
The last of my dip was gone in a flash…
