Vegan Mocha Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 45 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp espresso powder
  • 1/2 tbsp vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp espresso powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredient in a small bowl.
  2. Mix until dough forms.
  3. Add more almond milk if mixture is too dry.
  4. Form into 4 balls.
  5. Combine additional protein powder and espresso powder in a shallow dish.
  6. Roll each ball in mixture to coat.
