Eggnog Chia Pudding {Vegan}


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp rum flavoring
  • 2 packets stevia (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Top with additional nutmeg and cinnamon if desired.
  4. Enjoy!
