- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp rum flavoring
- 2 packets stevia (or sweetener of choice)
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Top with additional nutmeg and cinnamon if desired.
