  Howdy friends! And happy Wednesday to you. Can you believe that yesterday it was 55 degrees and now there is a threat of a foot of snow tonight?! I can. It's New England. I should come to expect this kind of teasing by now.   All this Spring fever has got me craving lots of fresh salads. Just kidding, I eat salads in some way/shape/form almost every day of my life, but the warmer weather just makes them taste better. MJ even made me this beautious salad when I got home from work too. Super Sweaty Lower Body Workout at Home -- An Insanity-inspired fitness routine you can do at home in 25 minutes!

  Hazzah! Here we are at Wednesday already. Usually I am buzzin' about the week flying by, but since it is school vaca for the kiddos it has been nice to get some peace and quiet without dealing with the day to day craziness during lunchtime.   As I told you earlier, I spent Monday morning filming a spot on the local channel in the area where I got to talk all about the blog!   Hiii! Get on up now, it's hump day!...I say as I'm sprawled out on the couch in sweats typing this. Practice whatcha preach, Emily. Ok I stood up for a second, we're all good now. This week has seemed super busy for some reason. I mean I don't even seem to have time to take the junk off my bed before climbing in it at night. Oddly enough some of it survives the next morning when I find it sitting at the bottom of the bed where I left it. Guess I'm a pretty still sleeper.I spent some time catching up with friends since my long lost blondie Katie came up to visit for a bit.
