Sugar-Free Orange Marmalade


  • 1 large navel orange
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp stevia*
  • 1/2 tbsp water


  1. Zest the entire orange, and reserve in a large jar.
  2. Peel orange, and place segments in blender or food processor.
  3. Add chia seeds, stevia, and water and blend on high for 30 seconds.
  4. Transfer mixture to jar with zest, stirring well.
  5. Store covered in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight before using.
  6. Enjoy!


*can substitute honey if preferred.
