This Slow Cooker Pumpkin Butter will fill your house with the scent of fall. Made with a few simple ingredients with minimal prep. Delicious on toast, waffles, or stirred into yogurt.

- 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- In the bowl of a slow cooker or multi-cooker, add all ingredients. Stir to combine.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or low for 4-5 hours, stirring every hour.
- Let cool, transfer to jars or containers with lids, and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
