Description

This Slow Cooker Pumpkin Butter will fill your house with the scent of fall. Made with a few simple ingredients with minimal prep. Delicious on toast, waffles, or stirred into yogurt.


Ingredients

  • 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a slow cooker or multi-cooker, add all ingredients. Stir to combine.
  2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or low for 4-5 hours, stirring every hour.
  3. Let cool, transfer to jars or containers with lids, and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
