How to make the best and easiest slow cooker baked sweet potatoes – no oven or clean up required! My favorite way to cook sweet potatoes!

Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- aluminum foil
Instructions
- Wash each sweet potato thoroughly, and dry completely.
- Pierce each potato with a fork a few times, and add each to an individual sheet of aluminum foil.
- Drizzle each with olive oil, and rub over potato completely.
- Wrap in foil, and place potatoes in slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours, or on low for 7-9 hours, or until softened.
- Carefully remove potatoes from slow cooker with tongs or pot holders to serve.
