Slow Cooker Baked Sweet Potatoes

Description

How to make the best and easiest slow cooker baked sweet potatoes - no oven or clean up required! My favorite way to cook sweet potatoes! 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • aluminum foil

Instructions

  1.  Wash each sweet potato thoroughly, and dry completely.
  2. Pierce each potato with a fork a few times, and add each to an individual sheet of aluminum foil.
  3. Drizzle each with olive oil, and rub over potato completely.
  4. Wrap in foil, and place potatoes in slow cooker.
  5. Cook on high for 2-3 hours, or on low for 7-9 hours, or until softened.
  6. Carefully remove potatoes from slow cooker with tongs or pot holders to serve.
