- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon pure mint extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour into two mason jars or containers with lids, and store in fridge overnight.
