Overnight Shamrock Shake Chia Pudding


Units Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure mint extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Pour into two mason jars or containers with lids, and store in fridge overnight.
