Description

These Orange Creamsicle Overnight Oats are a quick and easy make-ahead breakfast recipe that tastes just like a creamsicle pop! Made with just 6 simple ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together orange juice, milk, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds.
  2. Stir in rolled oats until combined.
  3. Transfer oats to a bowl or jar with a lid, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.

Notes

  • If you prefer to make these sweeter, add a teaspoon or two of honey when whisking together the wet ingredients.
  • For extra orange flavor, add a teaspoon of fresh orange zest.
