Happy Sunday!

Thanks to traveling followed by full on sleeping, I have been a bit MIA around the blog lately. But I’m back (hiiii) and what better time than to show what everyone else is doing so good at for ALSS!

Weekly Workouts:

A little bit of a change up (big surprise) since I just signed up for a 5k next month (!!!!) I should probably get back into that running thing…

Monday: Hike

Tuesday: Hike

Wednesday: Yoga

Thursday: Off (aka sleep alll day)

Friday: Total Body Workout

Saturday: Run 1.5 miles

Sunday: Run 1.5 miles
