Mother Nature has one cruel sense of humor. 6 inches of snow is a little extreme of a April Fools Day joke. Spring should start by Memorial Day at this point.
But let’s stop and smell the flowers of the interweb with this week’s fabulous reads and eats!
This is one thing I have been trying to work on being mindful about. Simply observing my thoughts, whether good or bad, and not judging them. Not feeding into negative thoughts gives them no power to affect your emotions.
