I can’t believe we are on the 70th post of ALSS. Thanks to all the awesome content floating around there in the interweb each week, I never have a shortage of posts to share each Sunday!
Here’s what tickled my fancy this time around…
There’s a reason I can’t go too long without music playing. If all goes wrong with the world, at least we all have music.

I actually totally forgot about this band until this came up on my Pandora. In. Love. Such an emotionally powerful song.
I was a little slacky on the exercise front this week, but still managed a few good sweat sessions!
Monday: Nada. Does a extra long work day count?
Tuesday: Gym weight session. A snow day meant I got to utilize our gym with 0 people there. WIN!
Thursday: Nada. Despising Thursdays is enough for me.
Friday: 40 minute Weight Training
Saturday: Hour walk outside. Yay sunshine!
Sunday: Yoga with Adriene
