A Little Somethin’ Sunday #67

January 8, 2017 by Emily Cooper 2 Comments

Happy Sunday!

How was your week back from the holidays? Surprisingly, I was super productive, and fully expect that to taper off come the end of the month, but hey I’ll take it!

Let’s be fully unproductive for all that productivity this week, and get on with ALSS.

A little something Sunday

Daily Quote:

Quote My Choice

from Pinterest

Something I always say to myself if someone has a something negative to say about me is “their problem, not mine.” I do have to remember to tell myself I’m awesome more often.

Music of the Moment:

“Always” – Panama

Oh mann, this song makes me want summer SO bad right now. Windows down, road trippin’…

Weekly Workouts:

Oh heyy, big surprise I’m on to a new workout routine. I’ve gone back to creating my own kinda weekly routine of 2-3 weight focused, 2 cardio sessions, and yoga and walks in between. Here’s what week 1 looked like for me.

Monday: Lower Body workout + 30 minute walk

Tuesday: This 30 minute treadmill workout from PB Fingers

Wednesday: Ab workout + 30 minute walk

Thursday: Yoga + 30 minute walk

Friday: Total body workout

Saturday: HIIT Intervals on treadmill

Sunday: Yoga + 30 minute walk

I love the daily quote. I really don’t care about what they think of me for as long as I am doing the right thing.
