A Little Somethin’ Sunday #62

November 20, 2016 by Emily Cooper 1 Comment

Happy Sunday!

Hope you’re out shopping for some Turkey day easy pants, or maybe that’s just me….

How about some weekly reads from the latest and greatest of the interwebs?!

A little something Sunday

Daily Quote:

Live Quote Oscar Wilde

from Pinterest

To quote the wise words of Drizzy..”everybody dies, but not everybody lives.” Whatcha gunna choose??

Music of the Moment:

“Resolution” – Matt Corby

Matt Corby has been my muscial obsession as of lately, making it hard to pick just one beautiful tune. Youtube chasing all of his music is highly recommended.

Weekly Workouts:

BBG week 2 DUN. I’ve stuck to doing the Monday/Wednesday workouts and yoga at least twice a week. So far I’m surviving.

Food:

20 Minute Cranberry Orange Stir Fry – Half Baked Harvest

Stir fry is one of my go-to weekday dinners, where I literally dump tofu and a bag of frozen veggies in a pan and sprinkle it with soy sauce. LOVE this seasonal twist that’s still super easy.

Cranberry Chai Sangria – How Sweet It Is

I don’t think I could get this to my lips fast enough. Can you say awkward Thanksgiving elixir??

Vegan Pumpkin Gingerbread Pie – Making Thyme For Health

I don’t think you could fit anymore seasonal spirit into one pie crust if you tried. Tip: Don’t. Just cut an extra large slice of this.

The World Didn’t End When I Gained Weight – Clean Eating Veggie Girl

A must read to anyone struggling with an internal battle between health and appearance. Harshly enough, the world MAY end if you are unhealthy, but it won’t if you gain a little bit of needed weight in the name of health.

Healing Hypothalamic Amenorrhea – Eating Bird Food

After sharing my own story, I can related to Brittany’s words on soo many levels. If you’re struggling with similar issues, know that you are far from alone.
