I have the man friend to thank for this one. Super catchy and danceable, both of which is requirements for 90% of my musical choices.
I’m still knocking out the 30 Day Yoga Camp, but have slowly been adding some strength training days as well, and boy can I feel it! I’ve been alternating between yoga one day, then a 30 minute upper body or lower body + ab workout the next. It’s a nice slow transition that doesn’t feel overwhelming, and that I can still commit to.
