    Taking it back this week! I've had this song stuck in my head on repeat for the past week and a half, no shame whatsoever. Old school JLO was and is my jam. On the 6 say whaaaat!

    Weekly Workouts:

    I'm in the last week (!!) of my 30 Day Yoga Camp, which is both exciting and sad at the same time. I'll miss my nightly dates on the mat with Adriene, but am pumped to start some power yoga & pilates workouts for a change of pace!
