I finally completed my 30 Day Yoga Challenge (!!) which is a signal for me to start changing things up a bit. I still love love love yoga, and it has made such a positive impact on my life (which you can read all about here), but I am ready to change things up a bit.
I started with a quick 1.5 mile run on Thursday, followed by a glorious dip (aka canon ball) and few laps around the pool.
Now I plan on a couple days of yoga, a couple days of weight training, one running day, and whatevs my body is feeling. I’ll let you know how it goes!
