Here we are again, another week’s end, another one soon beginning, and that awkward moment when you don’t know if you should celebrate or loathe what’s to come. Ah, the joy of Sundays!
At least we have good reads and eats to distract us for the time being!

Wednesday: Legs & Cardio Week 2 from BBG
Thursday: 2.5 mile run
Saturday: 45 minute walk
After dealing with some health issues for much too long with progressively more frustrations, this is something I have to keep telling myself daily.
