Another round of fabulous reads for the week is upon us, but first an exclusive update to ALSS!
I am going to try and start including my weekly workouts all up in here from now on, mostly to keep me accountable, but also for some ideas if you’re looking to change up your routine a little bit. I have the attention span of an amoeba (do they even have attention spans? I digress..) when it comes to workouts, so this is for all my fellow exercise swappin junkies.
Monday: Treadmill Interval Workout from PB Fingers
Tuesday: 30 minute Total Body Workout from PB Fingers
Wednesday: 3.1 (5k!) run with the roomie
Thursday: Full body tabata-style workout
Friday: Off (getting my hair did!)
Saturday: 3 mile run in the sun
Sunday: Lots of walking with family visits!

I randomly stumbled upon this band during my Youtube music binge, and can’t stop listening to them now. Her voice is the definition of chill, and I find myself wanting to watch this video unfold and have the song go on for the length of an entire feature film…so I just watch it like 10 jillion times.
