Crockpot Vegetable Stock


Ingredients

  • 8-10 cups vegetable scraps
  • 10 cups water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  3. Strain off vegetables using a mesh strainer.
  4. Use or freeze stock as you would store bought varieties.
