Ingredients

For the Green:

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder (optional)
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice

For the Tropical:

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground flax
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 cup milk of choice

For the Triple Berry:

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (or 1/2 cup each blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice

For the Mocha: 

  • 1 1/2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground flax
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee, chilled
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

Instructions

  • Add ingredients of each smoothie pack to a ziptop quart-sized bag, seal and freeze until ready to use.
  • Add ingredients of smoothie pack to blender along with milk of choice (and coffee for mocha flavor), and blend on high until smooth.

Notes

  • Add more milk if smoothie is too thick.
  • Add a scoop of protein powder, collagen, or Greek yogurt for a protein boost.
