Description

Honey Mustard Hummus Lentil Wrap -- A healthy vegetarian lentil wrap full of protein made with veggies, avocado and Sabra Honey Mustard Spread.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked lentils
  • 2 tablespoons Sabra Honey Mustard Spread
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 whole grain wrap
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • kale/lettuce
  • hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine lentils, honey mustard spread, and black pepper.
  2. Add veggies and avocado to wrap.
  3. Top with lentils and hot sauce if using, and roll together.

Notes

  • If you can't find the spread, mix together equal parts of plain Sabra hummus and honey mustard.
  • Use pre-cooked, canned lentils that have been rinsed and drained to make this super quick and easy.
