- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon tamari (GF soy sauce)
- 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 (12.5 oz) can diced chicken, drained
- 1/4 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/2 celery stalk, chopped
- 6 slices sprouted gluten free bread
- lettuce
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the first six ingredients until thoroughly combined.
- Add diced chicken, grapes, and celery, and stir to combine.
- Spread salad mixture evenly on three slices of bread.
- Top with lettuce and remaining bread slices.
- Grill if desired and enjoy!
