Fermented Sauerkraut Salad Dressing


Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup sauerkraut brine
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced (optional)
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
  2. Fasten lid, and shake to combine.
  3. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
