Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk or kefir
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ banana, sliced
  • ½ tablespoon ground flax
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened dried coconut
  • 2 tablespoons whole oats
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Combine yogurt and almond milk or kefir in a bowl, and stir to combine.
