Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour to set.
  3. Remove from fridge, and roll into balls.
  4. Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks or in freezer up to 1 month.
