- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour to set.
- Remove from fridge, and roll into balls.
- Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks or in freezer up to 1 month.
