Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, brown sugar, vanilla, salt and chocolate chips.
  2. Store in refrigerator uncovered overnight or at least 4 hours.
  3. When ready to eat, stir, and top with additional chocolate chips if desired.
