- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch salt
- 1 T mini chocolate chips
- In a bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Store in refrigerator uncovered overnight.
- The following morning, top with chocolate chips
Veganize: Replace chocolate chips, yogurt and milk with non-dairy alternatives.
