- 2 baking potatoes
- 1/2 lb 90% lean ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- chopped tomatoes
- ketchup
- mustard
- relish
- shredded lettuce
Instructions
- Rinse potatoes and pierce with a knife. Cook in microwave for 10-12 minutes, or until tender.
- Meanwhile, cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
- Drain off excess fat, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix in shredded cheese until melted.
- Slice each potato down the middle lengthwise, and add 1/2 beef mixture to each.
- Top with additional cheese, and preferred burger toppings.
