    Emily Cooper,RDN  is a nationally recognized nutrition expert and recipe developer with a focus on culinary nutrition and digital media. Emily’s heart belongs to the kitchen, where she is often found creating, perfecting, and sharing recipes, or spoon deep in a peanut butter jar.

    Emily was born and raised in New England, but has also called Alabama and most recently New Jersey home.
