Spicy Black Bean Overnight Oats in a Jar Recipe -- A savory oatmeal breakfast topped with warm and spicy black beans. You'll never look at oats the same way again! Happy Friday to you my friend! This week has flown by after the Monday holiday and traveling for work since Tuesday to help with training workshops. As much as I love traveling, it's always a relief to sleep in my own bed again. On top of that, today marks the official countdown 'til I'm NH bound! 29 days. Woot! Woot! Now to just pass the RD exam and I'll be home free. Not like that's any big deal or anything.
