- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 very ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup natural nut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Combine oats, protein powder, flax, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients, and stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Scoop dough into a greased mini muffin tin, or roll into balls.
- Store in the freezer, or enjoy!
