Happy Sunday!

I hope yours is off to a great start, especially if you’re lucky enough to have the day off with me tomorrrow! 🙂

In the meantime, let’s get down to ALSS town!

Hooray! I finally figured out how to embed videos again! This one is super mad chill bro, so I suggest listening with incense lit, and questioning life’s existence.

Weekly Workouts:

Still making up my own routine of workouts, so here’s what I accomplished this week.

Monday – This 20 Minute Tabata workout from Active

Tuesday – A leg pyramid workout from Treats & Sneaks

Wednesday – Planned yoga…but it didn’t happen.

Thursday – This TIU Arm Pyramid + some ab work…Clearly I like pyramids

Friday – Traveling to see Mr. Man friend 🙂

Saturday – Hiking!

Sunday – Maybe a yoga sesh?
