Morning friends!

After a long week of countless elevator rides, many jam-packed car loads, and canned tuna lunches, I am gratefully blogging with strong coffee in hand, and the ocean in my front yard.

I actually got this quote after my HGTV binge-watching when I was sick (yay Fixer Upper!) and fell in love with it. I think waking up to this posted on my mirror would be a good reminder that a simple mindset switch make a good or bad day.

I just started watching Portlandia, which is…interesting to say the least. I am however, obsessed with the opening credit song and Washed Out in general. They get a little whiny at times, but the music is on point.
