It’s a great day to have a Sunday, ain’t it? Especially if brunchin’, fun-in’ and sunnin’ are involved.
Please excuse this interruption for this week’s best of the web before we get back to your regularly scheduled programming.
Life is scary. Unknown is scary. You never know if something is worth it or not unless you try it.
Music of the Moment:
If 80s pop-synth, and dubstep had a fling, this would be their drunk rendez-vous. Windows down, volume up.
Tacoria made it’s way to Princeton, and has been BUMPIN’ since it opened. Luckily, Mr. Rob and I eat at weird off times, so 4:14pm on a Sunday was the perfect time to give it a try. Burrito bowl for me (cuz I’m still too paranoid to eat romaine lettuce) and a newborn baby..or burrito for the boy. Mission: Delicious accomplished.
Next month (starting tomorrow technically), I am preaching my #OneMorePlant movement, where I share simple and delicious ways to incorporate extra veggie goodness into your everyday. You can also share your creations and plant love with the #OneMorePlant hashtag!
I have been struggle-bussin’ on sticking to a exercise routine. Luckily, work has forced me to get my daily steps in, but aside from that can’t get myself into a consistent habit. Luckily the Spicy RD posted on just this topic, and inspired me to try the Aaptiv app. L.O.V.E
I like to refer to it as a workout class for anti-social and frugal people like myself. I’ll fill you in next week if it actually sticks!

Lobster Guacamole – How Sweet Eats
WUUUT. This guac is so extra, but so am I when it comes to mashed avocado. I have a feeling this would be a guac I could share over casual cocktails with Martha Stewart and Ina Garten.
