Some of my all-time favorite blog recipes that I make all the time, plus other bloggers' recipes I use most often!
You know what's worse than sleepy Monday mornings? Awkward intros.
So let's avoid them, and get on with it.
There's upwards of 100+ recipes on this little blog of mine. A lot of them are vegetarian. Some of them are paleo-friendly. 100% of them are just quirky enough to be mine.
But there's some that I come back to time and time again like an old friend. The one you can count on to tell you if your pits stink or whether or not you look good in orange.
Where were we? I forgot we're actually talking about blog recipes and not an episode of 7th Heaven.
Now that we're already kickin' it old school like the old AF fool I am, let's TRL this bitch, and countdown my favorites!
Seriously so good, and so easy, that I can eat it 3 days straight and not get tired of it. As long as you got spaghetti squash already made, you're golden for an easy dinner...three nights in a row.
Homemade Sunbutter (at a fraction of the price)
When sunflower seeds are cheaper than peanuts at TJ's, how could you not make sunbutter?! Even my basic math brain can calculate $2 < $10 per jar.
Ohhh this stew. Hands down the recipe I make time after time, especially when the temps drop. It's loaded with veggies, and OF COURSE peanut butter. Or maybe sunbutter, if you follow my lead above. 😉
The Easiest Homemade Hummus Recipe of All Time
Just about every week, a hugh jass can o' chickpeas is blended into smithereens, aka this homemade hummus. Garlic, spinach & artichoke, sriracha, the possibilities are endless. No tahini need apply.
2 Ingredient Sweet Potato Pancakes
This girl likes pancakes. This girl has no patience. The fewer ingredients, time, and interference between the two, the better. Bonus points for peanut butter worthy-ness.
By far one of the most popular recipes, and for good reason. Pickles are kewl. I usually just shake up an empty jar of pickle juice with some mustard and olive oil and call it a day, but the creamy version reins supreme.
Literally smashed beans in patty form, but quick and versatile enough to keep me making them all the time. Plus, slap on drippy egg on anything and the people lose their minds.
The Ultimate Quick & Easy Salmon Patty Recipe
The #1 spot, always belongs to my beloved salmon patties. I make them just about every week without fail, and is an inexpensive way to get in your omega 3's without making it rain. Cumin and lime juice are my favorite flavor additions!

Here's a few of my favorite recipes that I make most often from other bloggers too!
Raw Collard Greens Salad - Eating Bird Food
Just about the only way I eat collard greens. Works great with kale too!
Voluminous Oatmeal - Chocolate Covered Katie
Doing this trick before making overnight oats makes it feel like your eating so much more than a puny pile of raw oats. Love the texture too!
Baked Chicken Breast - Gimme Some Oven
By far the only way I bake my chicken breast. They come out moist and flavorful every time.
5 Minute Pesto - Fit Foodie Finds
Whenever I buy basil for a recipe, I'm always left with a giant pile that is bound for withering. Blending it into this easy pesto is a much better outcome.
Spinach, Feta, & Artichoke Breakfast Bake - skinnytaste
I love frittatas for easy breakfasts throughout the week, and spinach and feta is usually my go to. Baking them in a muffin tin too makes them perfect for on the go.
Uber Chocolaty Overnight Oats - Peanut Butter Fingers
Uber chocolaty is right! I usually add chocolate protein powder too with a scoop of pb for ultimate filling power. Chocolate lovers will appreciate this one.
