These salted caramel blondies have only three ingredients, and take no time to make. An easy and healthy dessert or treat!

3 Ingredient Salted Caramel Blondies



  • 1 (6 oz) jar salted caramel almonds
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1/4 cup oat flour (or flour of choice)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  3. Add almonds to a food processor, and process until smooth and creamy. ~3-5 minutes.
  4. Transfer almond butter to a large bowl.
  5. Add egg and flour, and stir to combine.
  6. Spoon mixture into prepared pan evenly.
  7. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until edges start to brown.
  8. Let cool before cutting and serving.
