Shakshuka Meal

I finally got around to trying Shakshuka…which I still mispronounce every damn time, and it did not disappoint. Especially since Mr. Man friend had it cookin’ when I got home from work.:) Definitely on the most make again list.

Post Rain Rainbow

This ill double rainbow view after the rain. Between the birds chripin’ in the morning, crickets at night, and VIEWS… I’d say we have quite the little oasis at our new digs.

Taylor Ham Bagel Sandwich

Apparently the Taylor ham egg & cheese bagel sandwich is pretty much a right of passage in Jersey. I crossed it off my list by splitting this behemoth with my Jersey half since I’m not too big on bagels any way. It was tasty, but far too much bread to filling ratio for my liking.
