A Little Somethin’ Sunday #75

Happy Sunday!

Mother Nature has one cruel sense of humor. 6 inches of snow is a little extreme of a April Fools Day joke. Spring should start by Memorial Day at this point.

But let’s stop and smell the flowers of the interweb with this week’s fabulous reads and eats!

A little something Sunday

Daily Quote:

Observe not judge quote

from Pinterest

This is one thing I have been trying to work on being mindful about. Simply observing my thoughts, whether good or bad, and not judging them. Not feeding into negative thoughts gives them no power to affect your emotions.

Music of the Moment:

“Green Light” – Lorde

Totally digging this new one from Lorde. Catchy, and dance-worthy which fits all of my Sunday morning dance party criteria.

Weekly Workouts:

Someone bring on the Spring so I can get motivated mmkay? I’ve been all over the place with exercise, but here’s what I managed this week.

Monday: Yoga

Tuesday: Yoga

Wednesday: Weight Training (with some help from Nia Shanks)

Thursday: Yoga

Friday: Yoga

Saturday: Weight Training

Sunday: Some sort of workout video from Fitness Blender
