Weekly Workouts:

Still on making my own routines which works for my workout ADD attitude. Here’s what I had going on this week:

Monday – Yoga (after driving all day was much appreciated)

Tuesday – Weight training workout #1 ~30 minutes

Wednesday – Yoga with Adriene (loving her new 31 Day challenge!)

Thursday –  Off

Friday – Weight training workout #2 ~30 minutes

Saturday – Yoga

Sunday – Maybe some more weight training?
