I’m usually a hipster when it comes to Valentine’s Day, meaning flowers and heart-shaped boxes of chocolates are actually the last gift I’d want to receive. Maybe it’s my dietitian eyes, but I feel like new MUST HAVE supplements are popping up faster than I can polish off a salad…which is maybe just slightly slower than the speed of light.
